Dashboard

Shows suite status, required pages, active features, system information, quick actions, and recent activity.

Appearance

Controls major theme features, color presets, performance options, Customizer access, and site-wide custom CSS.

Profile Settings and Profile Data

Profile Settings configures the profile system, images, social links, built-in fields, and custom fields. Profile Data searches, inspects, and exports users’ saved profile values.

Activity Feed, Members, Gallery, Notifications, and Messages

Each screen controls the corresponding frontend feature. Use its feature enablement and limits before exposing the related template or dashboard section.

Permissions and Template Visibility

Permissions assigns feature actions to roles. Template Visibility decides which template pages require login. These systems are separate from memberships and account approval.

Business and Invites

Business controls professional approval. Invites controls invite-only rules, invite creation eligibility, expiration, form requirements, records, and revocation.

Paid Memberships and Giving

Paid Memberships controls plans, payments, members, styling, and statistics. Giving controls funds, donation settings, transactions, reports, and repair tools. These screens require VideoHub360 Memberships.

Advanced

Contains debugging, cache clearing, course-ownership repair, two separate import/export systems, reset controls, and database information.

Add Video Form

Controls the frontend Add Video/Add Lesson form:

  • Show Ad Settings
  • Show Advanced Settings
  • Enable Video Upload
  • Maximum File Size
  • Allowed Video Formats

This screen does not control Activity Feed media uploads.

VideoHub360 Menus

VideoHub360 Core provides All Videos, Add New Video, Dashboard, Settings, Analytics, Shortcodes, Import/Export, License, and course tools when enabled. Studio adds VideoHub360 → Studio and Bible Library.
