Theme Options Import and Export Guide

Applies to: Current VideoHub360 theme package

Two Different Export Formats

VideoHub360 provides two separate JSON systems under VH360 Theme → Advanced:

• Theme Options JSON for theme-admin option groups
• Customizer JSON for WordPress Customizer theme modifications

Do not import one format through the other importer.

Export

Before migration or major changes:

1. Click Export Theme Options JSON.
2. Click Export Customizer JSON.
3. Save both files with the site backup.

Menus, pages, posts, widgets, plugin data, media files, licenses, and provider accounts are not fully represented by these two files.

Import

Importing overwrites the current values handled by that importer. Create a database backup first. After import:

• clear theme and external caches
• open the Customizer and verify design values
• check page templates
• reassign menus when needed
• verify widgets
• confirm required plugins and license
• test Dashboard, video playback, Studio, membership, and PWA

Troubleshooting

Invalid JSON, a file from the wrong importer, upload restrictions, or a partial export can cause failure. Restore the previous export or database backup when the imported configuration is not correct.
