Profile Data Administration
Applies to: Current VideoHub360 theme package
Open Profile Data
Go to VH360 Theme → Profile Data. This is an administrator viewer/export tool; field definitions are managed under Profile Settings.
Search and Filter
Search by username, email, or display name. Filter by account type, including Creator, Client, Professional, and Organization. Use pagination for larger user lists.
User List
The table shows User, Account Type, Registered date, Filled Fields, and Actions. Open View Details for a complete record or Edit User for the WordPress user editor.
Detail View
The detail view includes:
- WordPress User Info
- VideoHub360 Profile Info
- Built-in VH360 Profile Fields
- Custom Profile Fields
- field labels, meta keys/IDs, saved values, and visibility
Use this view to verify what is stored and whether the field is intended to be public. It does not replace checking the actual public profile.
Export
Use Export User Profile Data CSV to download the supported profile dataset. Protect the export because it can contain personal information and non-public field values.
