Members Directory Guide
Open Members Settings
In the WordPress dashboard, go to VH360 Theme → Members.
This screen controls member directory settings.
Set Up the Members Directory Page
Create or edit the page that should display the members directory, then assign the Members Directory page template if it is not already assigned.
After saving the page, view it on the frontend to confirm the directory displays.
Configure Member Directory Settings
Use VH360 Theme → Members to control the available member directory behavior and display options.
The settings can affect how members appear in the directory and which member information is shown.
Add the Directory to Navigation
To make the directory easy to find:
- Go to Appearance → Menus.
- Add the members directory page to the desired menu.
- Save the menu.
Test the Directory
- View the members directory while logged in.
- View it while logged out if the page is public.
- Search or filter members if those controls are displayed.
- Open a member profile from the directory.
Troubleshooting
The directory page is blank
Confirm the page is using the correct members directory template.
Guests cannot view the directory
Check VH360 Theme → Template Visibility and confirm whether the Members Directory requires login.
Members are missing
Confirm the users exist on the site and meet the directory settings currently selected in VH360 Theme → Members.
