Invites and Invite-Only Registration

Configure Invites

Go to VH360 Theme → Invites.

• Enable Invite-only registration when invite rules should be enforced.
• Set Invite expiration days; use 0 for no expiration.
• Choose who can create invites: logged-in members, approved professionals, instructors, or administrators only.
• Select which forms require an invite: General, Client, Professional, and Instructor registration.

Required forms use a valid email-locked invite code. The registration email must match the invited email.

Frontend Invites

Eligible users open Dashboard → Invites, enter the recipient email, and create the invite. The system emails the invite link. The inviter can revoke their own pending invite.

Records

Administrators can search and filter Invite Records by status and email/user. Records include inviter, invited email, accepted user, status, created date, expiration, accepted date, and actions. Statuses include pending, accepted, expired, and revoked.

Only pending invites can be revoked. Accepted invite information is also attached to the registered user and can appear in the WordPress Users list/profile.

Test

Test email delivery, email lock, expiration, every required registration form, acceptance, inviter notification, revocation, and an unauthorized user trying to create an invite.
