Mobile Navigation Areas
The theme includes these mobile menu locations:
- Mobile Bottom Nav
- Mobile User Drawer
The Mobile Bottom Nav appears as a bottom navigation bar for logged-in users on mobile devices.
The Mobile User Drawer is a slide-up account menu that opens from the mobile bottom navigation.
Set Up the Mobile Bottom Nav
- Go to Appearance → Menus.
- Create or select the menu you want to use.
- Add items to the menu.
- Assign the menu to Mobile Bottom Nav.

The mobile bottom navigation is intended to stay short. The theme keeps the mobile bottom nav to a maximum of five top-level items.
Recommended Mobile Bottom Nav Items
The theme includes special mobile bottom nav item sources in Add Menu Items.
Common items include:
- Activity
- Notifications
- Members
- Menu
The Menu item opens the Mobile User Drawer when configured with the mobile drawer behavior.
Notification Badge
The mobile notifications item can display an unread notification badge for logged-in users.
Use the built-in Notifications mobile item when you want the badge behavior.
Set Up the Mobile User Drawer
- Go to Appearance → Menus.
- Create or select a menu for drawer links.
- Add the dashboard/account links you want users to access.
- Assign the menu to Mobile User Drawer.
- Save the menu.
The Mobile User Drawer also shows account information such as the user avatar, display name, email, profile link, edit profile link, and logout link.
Mobile Menu Best Practices
Keep the bottom nav focused on the most important actions. The best setup is usually four or five items.
Use the drawer for secondary links so the bottom nav does not become crowded.

- Log in as a test user.
- View the site on a mobile screen size.
- Confirm the bottom nav appears.
- Tap the Notifications item and confirm it opens the expected page.
- Tap the Menu item and confirm the drawer opens.
- Confirm drawer links work.
