Global Header Search

Configure header search under Appearance → Customize → Header & Navigation → Site Header. Enable grouped results when the header should separate supported content types in the results panel.

The global search can include the content groups registered by the current theme and active plugins, such as VideoHub360 content, posts, members, courses, events, galleries, or other supported public content.

Archive and Directory Search

Video archives, blog archives, Members Directory, galleries, events, and dashboard management screens can provide their own local search or filters. These searches operate within that feature and are separate from the global header search.

Visibility and Access

Search results must still respect publication status, template visibility, membership access, account approval, and content-specific restrictions. A visible result must not be treated as an access grant.

Test Search

Create distinctive test titles and names across several content types. Test grouped header results, ordinary search results, directory search, archive filters, mobile search, no-results behavior, and logged-out visibility.
