Video Import and Export Guide

Open Import and Export

In the WordPress dashboard, go to VideoHub360 → Import/Export.

This screen is used for moving video data through the Core plugin’s import/export tools.

Export Videos

Use export when you want to download video data from the current site.

1. Go to VideoHub360 → Import/Export.
2. Find the export option.
3. Start the export.
4. Save the exported file to your computer.

Keep the exported file in a safe location if it is being used as a backup or transfer file.

Import Videos

Use import when you want to bring video data into the site.

1. Go to VideoHub360 → Import/Export.
2. Choose the import option.
3. Select the file you want to import.
4. Start the import.
5. Review the result message.

Check Imported Videos

After importing:

1. Go to VideoHub360 → All Videos.
2. Confirm the imported videos are listed.
3. Open a few imported videos and confirm the title, content, thumbnail, and settings.
4. View the imported videos on the frontend.

Troubleshooting

The import file is rejected

Confirm you are using a file generated by the plugin’s export tool or a file format accepted by the import screen.

Imported videos do not show on the frontend

Confirm the imported videos are published and that any archive filters are not hiding them.

Images or media are missing after import

Review the imported video entries and update the missing media manually if needed.
