Members Directory Guide

Enable the Directory

1. Go to VH360 Theme → Appearance and ensure Members Directory is enabled.
2. Go to VH360 Theme → Members.
3. Configure the directory settings.
4. Create a page using the Members Directory Template.

Directory Settings

Configure the available controls for members per page, default sorting, search, profile-card information, follow button, statistics, visible roles, account types, and approval filtering.

Business-mode sites should decide whether unapproved professionals appear. Audience-mode and account-type filters should match the registration model.

Member Cards

Cards can display the member avatar, name, account type or role information, profile statistics, and a Follow button according to Profile Settings and Members settings.

Search and Sorting

Test searches by the values supported by the directory and verify sorting with enough member records to produce multiple results. Directory search is separate from the global header search.

Access

Use VH360 Theme → Template Visibility to make the directory public or login-only. Membership gating, when enabled for Members Directory, is an additional requirement.

Troubleshooting

A member is missing

Check role visibility, account type, approval status, profile/public visibility, search filters, and pagination.

Follow buttons are missing

Enable Profile Settings → Follow Button and confirm the viewer is logged in and is not viewing their own card.
