Availability and Appointments

Availability and Appointments Guide

Open Business Settings

In the WordPress dashboard, go to VH360 Theme → Business.

Business Mode includes appointment-related behavior for professional/client workflows.

Use Appointments in Business Mode

Appointments are intended for Business Mode sites where clients book sessions with professionals.

Use Business Mode when you want professional profiles, client profiles, availability, appointments, and appointment-based live sessions.

Professional Availability

Professionals use the frontend dashboard areas related to availability and appointments when those dashboard items are enabled.

Availability controls when clients can request or book appointment times.

Client Appointments

Clients use the frontend appointment areas to view or manage their appointments.

The exact labels can vary by user type, such as professional appointment views versus client appointment views.

Appointment Live Rooms

Appointments can connect to live-room behavior when the site is configured for live sessions.

Use the Live Rooms and Agora setup guides for live video setup details.

Test the Appointment Flow

  1. Configure Business Mode.
  2. Log in as a professional and set availability if the availability screen is available.
  3. Log in as a client and book or request an appointment.
  4. Confirm the appointment appears for both users.
  5. Test the appointment live-room access if live sessions are enabled.
