Registration Forms Guide

Available Registration Pages

Create the template pages used by the site:

• Register for general registration
• Registration Landing Page for account-type selection
• Client Registration
• Professional Registration
• Instructor Registration

Customize labels and design under Appearance → Customize → Authentication Pages.

Account Types

• General registration creates the site’s standard account flow.
• Client registration is for members, learners, customers, or booking clients.
• Professional registration is for service providers and can require administrator approval.
• Instructor registration is for course creators/educators and uses creator/instructor intent rather than the service-professional booking workflow.

Approval

Configure professional approval under VH360 Theme → Business. An unapproved professional can be prevented from professional dashboard features until approved.

Invite-Only Registration

Configure invite-only rules under VH360 Theme → Invites. Select which of the General, Client, Professional, and Instructor forms require a valid email-locked invite code. Invite rules are separate from approval.

Profile Fields

Configure built-in and custom registration/profile fields under VH360 Theme → Profile Settings. Field keys must use lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores. Configure account-type targeting, required state, and public visibility separately.

Test

Test each enabled form with a unique email address. Verify validation, account type, invite enforcement, approval state, welcome/administrator emails, login, profile fields, and redirect destination.
