Author Template Mode Guide

Applies to: Current VideoHub360 theme package

Open the Setting

Go to Appearance → Customize → Site Behavior / Advanced → Author Template Mode.

Use Author Page Display Mode to choose the site-wide public author layout for creator accounts.

Available Modes

Profile Mode (Social Media Style)

Shows social-first profile content such as posts, videos, photos, events, and activity.

Channel Mode (YouTube Style)

Shows a video-first channel layout with video grids and playlists.

Business Mode (Professional Style)

Shows professional and service-focused information such as services, credentials, contact details, events, and booking features when those features are enabled for the account.

Course Mode (Instructor / Learning Platform Style)

Shows courses, lessons, instructor biography, and learning-focused profile sections.

Related Account Behavior

The selected mode controls the site-wide author-page structure. Individual account type, professional approval, field visibility, feature permissions, and enabled modules still determine which information and actions appear.

Followers and Following are public-profile tabs and count links. There is no separate Connections page.

Test the Mode

1. Publish the Customizer change.
2. View at least one public creator profile while logged out.
3. View Creator, Client, Professional, Organization, and Instructor accounts used by the site.
4. Confirm that tabs, videos, courses, business fields, booking actions, events, follower information, and privacy rules appear only where applicable.
