Studio Overview, Requirements, and Access

Purpose

Studio is the VideoHub360 creator-production interface for livestreaming, Program composition, recording, overlays, audio mixing, and replay publishing. It is a separate bundled plugin that depends on VideoHub360 Core.

Requirements

• WordPress 5.8 or newer
• PHP 7.4 or newer
• VideoHub360 Core active
• VH360 Studio active
• active VideoHub360 license
• HTTPS
• logged-in user with Host Live Rooms permission
• supported browser with camera, microphone, canvas, MediaRecorder, and secure REST access for the selected workflow

Open Studio

Open Dashboard → Studio. The entry screen automatically routes phones to Mobile Live and larger pointer-based devices to Production Studio. Users can also choose Open Mobile Live or Open Production Studio manually.

The frontend name defaults to {Site Title} Studio. Administrators can change it under VideoHub360 → Studio → Studio Display Name.

Production Studio

Production Studio provides Preview, Program, Scenes, Sources, Audio Mixer, transitions, overlays, stream controls, recording, replay publishing, fullscreen mode, a focused Studio Window, and viewer-link controls.

Mobile Live

Mobile Live provides a streamlined phone workflow for setup, camera preview, switching cameras, microphone/camera controls, Broadcast or Interactive mode, live participants, and ending the session.

Access Troubleshooting

If Studio is hidden or locked, verify Core, Studio, license status, Host Live Rooms permission, membership gate, login state, HTTPS, and browser support. Administrators bypass normal role selection but do not bypass an inactive product license.
