Production Studio Quick Start

Before Starting

Use a desktop-class browser, connect the intended camera and microphone, close applications that may hold the devices, and test the public viewer page in a separate browser profile or device.

Open the Console

1. Open Dashboard → Studio.
2. Select Open Production Studio.
3. Review the browser-support and visibility status.
4. Use Test Camera and Test Microphone when permission or device status is uncertain.
5. Keep the Studio tab visible while broadcasting or recording. Use Open Studio Window for a focused production window.

Configure the Livestream

Open Stream Settings and enter the title, description, cover image, mode, chat, viewer-count, participant access, passcode when used, and quality preset.

Prepare Sources

Use Scenes and Sources to add or select a camera, screen share, local media, or uploaded Studio media. Stage a source in Preview. Use Media Controls for play, restart, loop, fit, scale, and position when a media source is selected.

Send to Program

Confirm the staged source in Preview, then use Cut or Fade to send it to Program. Program is the composed output used for the livestream and recording.

Check Audio

Confirm the intended Audio Mixer channels are active, meters respond, gains are reasonable, and unwanted inputs are muted. Avoid clipping.

Start the Session

1. Click Go Live.
2. Confirm the Live status and Program output.
3. Click Start recording when a replay is required.
4. Use Open Viewer to test the public page. Copy Link is available when the live URL can be shared.

End and Publish

1. Stop recording.
2. End the live session.
3. Retry failed chunks if shown.
4. Prepare the replay.
5. Publish the replay.
6. Check replay status until ready.
7. Open the replay and verify playback, title, image, chat history, and ended metadata.
