Mobile Live Quick Start

Open Mobile Live

Open User Menu (Mobile Bottom Nav) → Studio → Open Mobile Live. Phones are normally routed to Mobile Live automatically.

Setup

Enter the title, description, and cover image. Choose Broadcast or Interactive mode. Configure chat, viewer count, open-host participation, or host passcode as required.

Preview Devices

Tap Preview Camera and grant camera/microphone access. Confirm the Camera and Microphone status. Use Switch camera to change available phone cameras. Use Mute mic and Camera off to verify controls before going live.

Go Live

Tap Go Live and wait for the connection to report Live/Connected. Keep the page in the foreground. In Interactive mode, open Participants to review connected participants and enable participant audio when appropriate.

End the Session

Tap End Live and wait for server confirmation. If confirmation fails, use End Live Again rather than closing the page immediately. After the session ends, use Open Video, Return to Dashboard, or Start Another Live.

Troubleshooting

Use Retry Camera and Microphone after permission or device errors. Confirm HTTPS, browser permissions, another app is not using the camera, the license is active, and Agora credentials are configured. Mobile Live is optimized for direct mobile broadcasting; use Production Studio for multi-source Program production and overlays.
