Studio Administrator Settings and Diagnostics

Open Settings

Go to VideoHub360 → Studio.

Studio Display

Studio Display Name controls the frontend name. Leave it blank to use {Site Title} Studio.

Replay Provider Settings

Choose the Default replay storage provider. Configure Publitio, Bunny Stream, and Local Media options described in their dedicated guides. VideoPress availability depends on its platform integration.

Recording Limits

• Temporary recording retention days accepts 1–30 days and defaults to 3.
• Maximum Studio recording upload size (bytes) can override the Studio default when set.
• Publitio direct upload has its own maximum-size field.

Connection Tests

Run the Publitio connection, upload, and direct-upload-setup tests as applicable. Run the Bunny Stream connection test before production use.

Provider Status Checks

Review Available and Supports publishing for each provider, plus saved credentials and last test status/error. Local Media is a fallback for shorter recordings/testing.

Server Readiness Checks

Review PHP upload/post limits, execution time, memory, writable paths, free disk space, chunk size, recording size, retention, cURL/CURLFile, Publitio timeout, direct-upload mode, preset ID, and fallback availability.

Recent Publish Diagnostics

Review Creator, Provider, Job Status, Publish Status, provider IDs, timestamps, Last Error, and Replay. Use these values when diagnosing a specific failed or processing job.
